Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Flowii, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Flowii on behalf of a company, you represent having authority to bind it.

2. Service

Flowii is a software as a service for B2B accounting management. We provide access to the product according to the contracted plan, along with reasonable support and updates.

3. Accounts and Security

• You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for activity from your account.
• You must notify unauthorized access to soporte@flowii.app.

4. Permitted Use

• Do not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.
• Do not introduce malware, spam or abusive activities.
• Respect API limits, fair use and security controls.

5. Customer Content

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to host, process and transmit the content to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.

6. Intellectual Property

Flowii, its trademarks and underlying software are owned by Flowii SAS. No rights are granted except those expressly granted in these Terms.

7. Payments and Billing

• Plans, prices and billing cycles are published on the website and/or contract.
• Applicable taxes will be added according to corresponding regulations.
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination.

8. Service Levels

We strive for high availability with planned maintenance. In case of critical incidents, we apply recovery and communication procedures.

9. Confidentiality

Each party commits to keeping the other party's non-public information confidential and using it only for the contractual relationship.

10. Compliance and Personal Data

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. We may conduct reasonable security and compliance audits.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flowii shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.

12. Termination

You may terminate the service at any time. Flowii may suspend or terminate for material breaches, fraud or security risks.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barranquilla, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version and notifying through reasonable means. Continued use implies acceptance.
